Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Mini Load Junk Removal, a registered operating name of GTA Enterprise Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

We provide small-load junk removal, furniture removal, and property cleanout services across the Greater Toronto Area, as described on our website. Service availability is subject to scheduling and daily routing capacity.

2. Quotes & Booking

Quotes are provided based on photos submitted by the customer via text or WhatsApp. Quotes are estimates based on the information and images provided; the final price may be adjusted if the actual volume, weight, or type of material differs materially from what was represented in photos. Any adjustment will be communicated to the customer before work proceeds.

3. Payment

For most residential bookings, no deposit is required. Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept Cash, Interac e-Transfer, Debit, and Visa at the door, and Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for online/invoiced payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at 416-900-7766. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible, so we can offer that time slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability at our discretion.

5. Items We Do Not Accept

We do not accept hazardous or regulated materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, or other items requiring special handling under Ontario or municipal regulations. We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions at the property are unsafe, if items differ materially from what was represented, or for any other reasonable business reason.

7. Property & Liability

We take reasonable care when accessing, handling, and removing items from your property. Mini Load Junk Removal is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage arising from items, surfaces, or structures that were already fragile, improperly secured, or compromised prior to our arrival.

In the unlikely event that our team causes direct damage to your property through our own negligence, please notify us within 24 hours of the job so we can assess the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution. Our liability for any such claim is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the specific item or area affected, and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Photos & Privacy

Photos submitted for quotes are used solely to assess and price your job. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
